We can asses the licensing potential of your technology. This can be done for the local market, as well as international market. Through our network partners, we are up to date with which technology sectors are sought after, and can determine whether your technology falls within one of the hot spot areas.

We also track most Technology Needs that arise from the Open Innovation market. This allows us to match your technology with a client seeking that technology.

Should we not find a suitable Technology Need, we would normally assist you by doing:

• An audit on your IP
• assess the market potential
• assist you in valuating the technology
• promote the technology
• facilitate the licensing, and
• monitor royalty payments due to you

Cost structure

This is made up in three levels:

• We charge a standard fee to cover for our time spent on doing a due diligence on your IP, assessing the global market potential, and writing a professional TechPack on your technology for promotion in our network.
• We charge a success fee on total deal value when we succeed in finding you a suitable licensee or buyer for your IP

For any additional work like approaching specific clients on your behalf, negotiating on your behalf, or representing your interest anonymously, we would either charge an hourly fee, or project fee based on what is required.
